News: Something New and Exciting is happening!

And since you're already a part of the community, we're giving you all a sneak peek!!!

As all of you know, this forum isn't nearly as active as it could be. So it's time to try something completely new, different, and hopefully more promising. It's a new social network for Spirit-filled Christians! Not only will Mark Virkler be active there, but the CWG facilitators are going to get involved, too.

We're going to introduce it to "the world" in the next month or two, but for now we're introducing it to you. It will give you all a chance to get settled in and active, so when others join, they'll be ready to jump in and get involved, as well.

Excited yet?? We are!

So come check it out here: Koinonia Network and sign up!
We'll be working on setting up "how-to" guides for things, but there's already some of that there, so please feel free to sign up!

In the meantime, this forum will become a "read-only" place for information from the new site, so it won't be completely gone, just not what we'll use anymore.

I didnt want to write this before because I wasnt sure if it was Jesus or just my own subconscious. But then I read something in this months newsletter about Jesus laughing at satan so I think this really was from God.

I imagined we were in the garden of gethsemane  or one like it on a hot, middle eastern night. Then over to the left I could see that the ground dropped off into a steep valley full of flames (very pilgrims progress!) with just a tiny stone bridge running across it. Just like the one in Lord of the Rings where Gandalf fights the demon under the mountain.

Then Jesus said 'DEATH!' in a jokey sort of way, you know how people do mock scary voices. then he picked me up in His arms and I became about 2 or 3 years old. He actually tossed me about as we were going over this bridge-throwing me in the air and catching me again!
The the bridge began to crumble under us but I knew that it didnt matter-He could just carry on walking on this air-and He did.

He is not only in control of scary situations-He laughs at them! He doesnt care how dangerous it looks. he does carefree stuff that anyone else wouldnt be able to do! He is so cool!

Thanks for sharing your dream.

It is encouraging and a blessing to those of us who just got reminded of His soverignty and power.

It brings to mind this verse as He is the great creator of the universe.

I think the Lord communicated this to you in your dream in assurance of who you are in Him.

Blessings on you!

Isaiah 44:2

I am your Creator. You were in my care even before you were born.

Thanks very much for sharing your dream.  I have been amazed sometimes as to whether or not a dream was really from God, or if He was really speaking to me through it.  Almost every single time I discovered something significant He was indeed trying to tell me.

Regarding your dream, it was a rich blessing to me, God seeming to say that as His children we are completely and eternally safe and secure in His Arms. It doesn't matter what we face or what seems to be crumbling nearby, we are still safe in His Arms.  I like II Kings 6:17 where Elisha prayed that God would open the eyes of his servant so he could see into the spiritual dimension.  If we could see into the spiritual dimension and see what we face especially as He holds us in His Arms, maybe we would have a different outlook on life!

Anyway, a great dream!  Thanks for sharing.  It was a great encouragement!

I love this vision!  He is so much more powerful then we give Him credit for.  This is a good reminder of that.
